Unable to make it to our appointment?

 

If you are unable to attend, you must inform me by phone or e-mail at least 48 hours in advance.  Another appointment may be made.

In the case of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or if you do not show up for the appointment, you will be charged in full for the consultation.
