I completely understand the stress that professional life can cause, especially when opportunities to relax and find serenity are limited in our already busy lives.
I started leading sessions in the company where I worked (Projective NV Diegem) and - having seen their positive and beneficial impact on my colleagues - I wanted to offer them to other companies.
